朝ごはんは日本食です。
外国人が多くお泊まりされますが、ほとんどの方が伝統的な日本食を残さず食べてくださいますので嬉しい限りです。
日本文化や日本食に興味があり日本に来た方々が多いので、日本食が大好きという方が多いです。
最初は洋食か和食を選べるようにしたのですが、せっかく日本に来ているのだから、食を含めて日本を体験してもらう方が良い、ロスが出ないなどの理由から焼き魚定食一択でやって来ました。

Many foreigners stay at my B&B and most of them are happy to eat traditional Japanese food without any leftovers.
Many of them come to Japan because they are interested in Japanese culture and food, so they love Japanese food.
At first I asked them to choose between Western or Japanese food, but as they had come all the way to Japan, it would be better for them to experience Japan, including the food, and I decided to just have the grilled fish set meal.
